Gray stone veneer

Gray is the color family most people ask for first, because it goes with black windows, white trim, cedar and modern siding alike. We make eleven grays: soft Mist in Classic and Strip Ledge, mid-gray Huron and Norris Gray in Ledge and Country Ledge, darker Rushmore in Dimensional and Strip Ledge, salt-and-pepper Granite in 3" Strip Ledge, and Rubble in Coastal.

Cool grays suit contemporary houses and commercial fronts; grays with a warm undertone, such as Snow Charcoal in Tumbled, sit better next to brick and wood. Bring a sample of your siding or trim to the plant and hold it against the boards.

Questions about Gray Stone Veneer

Which gray is the lightest?

Mist, in Classic and Strip Ledge. Huron and Norris Gray are mid-tones; Rushmore is the darkest gray before you reach the Charcoal family.

Do gray stones go with red brick?

Yes, light grays such as Mist contrast cleanly with red brick. Darker grays can look muddy next to it; test a board against the brick first.
