Our stone is made to order, so ordered stone is final sale. Freight damage and anything we got wrong are replaced. Here is exactly how that works.
Made to order, final sale
We cast stone for your order. A few colors sit on the shelf; everything else is made when you order it. That is why we sell by the square foot, factory direct, and why we do not take stone back.
No returns on ordered stone
Stone is cast to your order and cannot be resold. Once it leaves the plant, it is yours. Please use the calculator and order one batch for the whole job.
Freight damage: replaced
Note breakage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours with photos. We replace the broken pieces at no charge.
Our mistake: made right
Wrong color, wrong profile, short count against the packing list: we replace or refund it. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Color is not a defect
Manufactured stone is cast in batches from natural mineral pigments. Color and size vary from piece to piece; that is what makes it read as stone. See it at the plant before you order.
Before you order
This policy is shown on every product page before you buy and again at checkout. Ordered too much? Keep the extra: repairs and additions years later are far easier with stone from the same batch.
