Traditional stone veneer

Traditional stone is coursed and jointed: Classic in mixed sizes with a rough face, Ashlar in low courses with tumbled edges, and Coastal as rubble with a full mortar joint. Eight colors, from Snow and Desert Cream through Mist to Charcoal and Fargo Brown.

It belongs on colonial, Tudor and cottage houses, on chimneys, and on formal entries where a ledgestone stack would look too casual. It also pairs with brick better than any other group.
