We are the maker, so there is no dealer between the plant and you. Every color shows its price per square foot; here is what a real job adds up to.
What Stone Veneer Costs in Kansas City
Most stone veneer is sold through dealers who do not publish a price, in boxes that hide the cost per square foot. We publish ours on every product page, and the worked examples below use those live prices, so the numbers here are the numbers you would pay today.
What you are paying for
Two things: flats, sold by the square foot, cover the face of the wall; corners, sold by the linear foot, wrap every outside corner. Our minimum is 100 square feet of flats per color; corners have no minimum. Add 10 percent to both for cuts and waste. Pickup at the plant in Lenexa is free; freight to your address is arranged on request and paid by you.
What the stone does not include
Installation. A mason charges for lath, scratch coat, mortar and labor, usually quoted per square foot installed. Exterior work adds a weather barrier, flashing and a weep screed; interior work over drywall adds cement board. Ask two crews for an installed price per square foot and add our material to it; the material is typically the smaller half.
How we compare
Big-box stacked stone kits ran 15 to 20 dollars per square foot when we checked in September 2026, in a handful of colors. National brands sold through dealers do not publish prices; expect a quote in the same range or above, plus the dealer's lead time. Natural thin veneer shipped from out of state starts higher, plus freight from the coasts. Our price is on the page and the plant is in Lenexa.

Questions people ask
How much does stone veneer cost per square foot?
Our flats are priced per square foot on every product page; corners per linear foot. There is no dealer markup because we make it and sell it. Installation is separate and quoted by the mason.
Are your prices contractor prices?
The same price for everyone. For project quantities, ask for a project quote; volume, schedule and pallet pickup are priced in.
Is manufactured stone cheaper than real stone?
For the material, usually yes, and for the installation almost always, because veneer needs no footing, ledger or heavy lifting.
Do prices include delivery?
No. Pickup at the plant in Lenexa is free. If we arrange freight, we quote it for your address before we ship and you pay the carrier.
What if I order too little?
Order 10 percent over the measured area. A second run made later may not match the first; a few extra pieces are cheaper than a mismatched patch.
