Stone Mountain Manufacturing casts stone to your order. Ordered stone is not returnable and not refundable once it has left the plant or been picked up.

What we replace at no charge

• Freight damage. Count the pieces and note any breakage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report it to us within 48 hours with photos. We replace the broken pieces.
• Our mistakes. Wrong color, wrong profile or a short count against the packing list: tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we replace or refund it.

What is not a defect

Manufactured stone is cast in batches from natural mineral pigments. Color and size vary from piece to piece and from the sample board; that variation is what makes it read as stone. Order the whole job from one batch and mix pieces from every pallet.

Ordered too much

Keep the extra. Repairs and additions years later are far easier with stone from the same batch.
