Choose pickup at checkout. We email when the order is ready at 10583 Lackman Rd, Lenexa, KS 66219. Bring a truck or trailer rated for the weight (5 to 8 lb per square foot); we load with a forklift.

Freight on request, at your cost

Freight is available on request only. We arrange LTL freight for your address, quote it to you, and you pay the freight before we ship; the pallet is delivered curbside. Someone must be there to sign; redelivery fees charged by the carrier are passed on.

Before you sign for the pallet

Count the pieces and look for breakage before the driver leaves. Note damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it and report it within 48 hours. We replace broken pieces; we do not make you send back the whole pallet. Damage not noted on the receipt cannot be claimed from the carrier.

When it ships

We confirm your ship or pickup date by email within one business day of your order. Made-to-order colors ship or are ready for pickup in two to four weeks; colors on the shelf sooner. The plant runs three shifts, so the date we confirm is the date we mean.
