Stone Veneer for Commercial Buildings and Storefronts
Walk a retail corridor in Overland Park, Olathe or Lee's Summit and you will see the same detail on building after building: a stone base band under storefront glass, stone pilasters at the entries, a stone tower at the corner. Many of those buildings are on our projects page. We cast the stone in Lenexa, sell it by the square foot with no dealer between the plant and the job, and keep a three-shift plant running so a project quantity is ready in 2 to 4 weeks.
Profiles for commercial work
Dimensional for the dressed-stone look on banks, offices and medical buildings. Castle for entries and towers that need mass. 3" Strip Ledge for modern storefronts and restaurant facades. Ledge for multifamily and retail centers, where twelve colors let each building in a development differ. Thin brick and natural stone lines are available on request for projects.
What we give a spec
Piece sizes per profile and weight per square foot, in writing. A sample board of each color under consideration, sent to the site for larger projects. Consistent color across the run because the whole job is cast together. A project quote that turns into an invoice, and tax-exempt sales with a resale certificate on file. Ask for what you need; where a certification or report does not exist, we say so rather than imply it.
Custom color and larger runs
Above a project minimum we cast stone to match a customer's sample: an existing building, an architect's board, a stone from another region. Our plant works three shifts, so a whole-development quantity is scheduled rather than improvised. A masonry crew at the same address installs commercial work across the metro and can bid the installation with the material.
How to order
Send the plans or the square footage by elevation with the corner count, and we return a quote by the square foot and linear foot with a delivery date. Pickup at the plant is free and most crews collect by the pallet as they need it; freight to the site is arranged at your cost. Do you offer contractor pricing?
Prices on the site are factory-direct for everyone. For project quantities ask for a project quote; volume, schedule and pickup by the pallet are all priced in.
Can you match a stone color from another manufacturer?
Above our custom minimum, yes. Send or bring a sample; we match the color and cast the run. Ask for the current minimum when you request the quote.
What lead time should I put in the schedule?
Two to four weeks for a standard run after the order is placed. Larger or custom runs are scheduled when we quote; we confirm the ready date in writing.
Do you deliver to the job site?
On request. We arrange LTL freight and the buyer pays the carrier; most crews pick up by the pallet from the plant in Lenexa, which is free.
Can you provide a spec sheet or a submittal?
We provide piece sizes, weight per square foot, material description and a sample board. Ask for anything else you need and we will tell you plainly whether we have it.
